Margaux does ‘proper’ sit, in a way her bottom touches completely to the floor.
Because of the way, she creates herself a certain inconvenience.
The wood floor of our apartment is applied a coating to prevent scraping and leaving stains, but this makes the floor slippery.
When she sits on the floor, her hind legs opens to the sideway little by little and eventually she ends up looking like this.
The balcony is tiled and guess what happens here. Same problem!
‘Not that funny! Let me in!’
When she was a pup, she used to sit like this.. her trunk is sat on her bum..

... and sometimes she sits like this when she is tired or sitting on the sofa or on something soft. It's called, Margaux's 'sit at ease' position.
She keeps her both hind legs to the left (always to the left).

So if I leave her in the balcony for a while, she waits for me to open the door looking like this.
‘You sit funny, Margaux’
‘I can’t help it!’
Tora sits with feet together, so she doesn’t slip.
Margaux’s struggling but won’t give up.
‘ok, I’ve reached my limit! Let me in!’
