I have returned from a brief trip to the UK.
It was nice to be away from the steamy hot Hong Kong and to spend the dry UK summer with Tony's family.
Now, I'm back, I can't wait to see my dogs! Today, I went to the kennel to pick them up.
It's been ten days! So exciting! As I entered the kennel, I was welcomed by a chorus of barking and yelping dogs, but Margaux and Tora were sitting quietly in their room. (I was so proud of them!) And When Tora saw me finally, she jumped at the fence and wagged her tail three sixty.
Getmi outa here!!
When we returned, Margaux and Tora roamed the area to check where they were. They went through every room and sniffed to check that this is where they belong. When they finished, they came back and jumped at me, wagging tail to tell me how happy they returned home.
Nothing like home sweet home. Soon enough, they fell sound sleep.
I bet they could have only shallow sleep in the kennel.
Good night, doggies, you both did very good job!
A souvenir for the dogs is a squeaky lamb from a pet shop in London called Mungo and Maud. It was recommended by my friend K-chan.
.. and soon it became a prey for the energized dogs who just woke up from two-hour quality sleep.
